  13. I am having problems using the "Backup and Restore" utility from the 
  14. System Manager menu.  Backing up the machine which has the tape device
  15. is no problem, but using that drive for backing up other machines on
  16. the local net gives me an "unable to open remote tape device" error.

  18. I have set the guest account on both machines to no password and root
  19. group and user, but still get the same results.  This used to work
  20. under 4.00, but doesn't under 4.01.  (we're an art school, and can't
  21. afford an update to the current 4.05?? version until a grant comes
  22. our way....any help would be appreciated!   Thanks!
