- Yea, make sure that you only have ONE xdm running for the server, in
- this case your console. I had this very problem with one of our
- X-terminals. This is a very nice example of a race condition and every
- now and then one of them (xdm) wins.

- Note, there should be one xdm for each Xserver connection so don't kill
- all the xdm's :-)
