- In the system screen, is menu-options 'Update Lists' set to auto?

- If it is, does toggling it to 'System button' stop the delays?

- I thought so! (Confident, isn't he?)

- This option will stop the S3 from updating the lists in the system
- display. You can force an update by pressing the System button TWICE.
- I run this way and find it really speeds up the system. It's documented
- in the manual. You did read it cover to cover, didn't you?
