- I am a recent convert to System 7, which I use on my Mac Plus (4MB RAM,
- 80MB HD). After using System 6.0.8 for what seemed like the longest
- time, I have grown a bit fond of it, and for the stuff that runs on it
- that doesn't run under System 7.
-
- I have two questions:
-
- 1) Am I alone in my nostalgia for system software that actually lets me
- load Excel and Word or Filemaker Pro without running out of room?
-
- 2) What are users experiences with a partitioned drive, one running
- System 6.x, and the other running System 7.x? Any tips, precautions, or
- other advice?
-
- If this gets interesting, I will post a summary of replies.
