  12.     Ok,  first I am new to this internet thing.  I have a question about 
  13. FTP.  I have access to internet over our vax at my job.  And I usually use 
  14. my mac to get my mail and that stuff.  My question is this I have no idea 
  15. how to get the files off of a remote computer, what do I need or need to 
  16. know?  Is this the right place.  I have played around on the vax but I am 
  17. still lost.  And the residant computer expert is about as helpful as my 
  18. desk.  I am looking for help or books/referance.
