- I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are interested in, but as it is
- marginally useful information anyway, I will relate it:

- The shareware program "FileTyper 3.2" will let you modify certain attributes
- of files, folders, and volumes, such as type/creater and invisibile file bits.
- When I open my hard drive with FileTyper, one of the checkboxes given is
- "Name Locked or IsSystem". After checking the box the name of the volume
- can't be changed. Hope that helped someone.
