  13. Given all of the well-justified unhappiness expressed lately about the poor
  14. return on our ETO investments, and given that ETO claims to provide developers
  15. with MacApp and its documentation, and given that a purchaser of a class
  16. library might reasonably expect to receive paper documentation on the classes
  17. and methods that compose that library (as opposed to just some introductory
  18. "Guides" and a tutorial):

  20.     PLEASE RECONSIDER THE DECISION (OR LACK OF DECISION) TO EXCLUDE THE
  21.     MacApp Class and Method Reference FROM ETO!
  22.  
  23. (Or maybe we should all have our lawyers look at the ETO subscription forms and
  24. see what they say about documentation?)

  30. The MacApp Class and Method Reference (paper version) is a separate product and
  31. is not included in the ETO series. You have to order it from APDA instead.
