  12. I am thinking about getting my EP-S toner cartridge refurbished rather
  13. than buying a brand new one.

  15. I looked in about 3 years of MacUser back issues, and Willow is a
  16. company that seems to be pretty constant.  I called and they were very
  17. nice and I got the impression that they would be thorough.  Also,
  18. there prices haven't changed in years.  They want $50 to refurbish (vs
  19. about $100 for a new one).

  21. Does anyone have any experience in the risk/rewards of refurbishing?
  22. Does anyone have any experience with Willow?
