- Indeed, It does! I am, as I type, listening to some Wagner. We took the Apple
- CD300 mechanism out of a (my)IIvx and put it in a drive enclosure (that came with an
- 85 MB drive we put in another mac...) The mechanism has an mini-stereo plug out in
- the front. We send the audio signal to a couple of el-cheapo speakers deisigned for
- use with a walkman. (You could send the signal to a bvoombox or stereo and have it
- amplified more to your liking (sp?)) I believe there is audio out in the back which
- you -may- be able to use. If you are connecting to a NeXT, as we are, you need to
- make sure the SCSI number is whatever it is supposed to be.
