- Interesting caveat. So, I got to COmpUSA, and I buy a 9-pin VGA
- monitor cvable, and a 9-to-15 pin VGA adapter.

- I have a MacVGA 15-pin adapter for the Powerbook video cable.

- When I hook all these beasties together, I can get an image on the
- monitor, but it's all red-tinged, like the red pin is overdriven or
- something. (I notice a similar effect in green on my NEC 4FG if the
- Sync switch is in the wrong position -- but the Sony has no sync
- switch.)
