  33. Rob,  Run the color print test.  If it isn't as shown in the manual you
  34. probably have a bad print cartridge which your dealer should be glad to
  35. exchange.  You describe the exact problem I had with a 500C.  New cartridge
  36. and everything was beautiful; red reds, yellow yellows, etc.
