- Rob, Run the color print test. If it isn't as shown in the manual you
- probably have a bad print cartridge which your dealer should be glad to
- exchange. You describe the exact problem I had with a 500C. New cartridge
- and everything was beautiful; red reds, yellow yellows, etc.
