- Well, I haven't seen any numbers or used the Duo, so the following is
- conjecture. But consider that the Duo uses a 68030 processor with
- low-power being the main concern, and the Quadra uses a 68040 with
- high-speed being the main concern. Draw your own conclusions.

- A few weeks ago I had occasion to use my original Mac+ for some quick
- work. I noted with some amusement that my Quadra 700 was faster at
- drawing in 32-bit color on my 16" monitor than the Mac+ was at drawing
- in 1-bit black and white on its 9" monitor.
