- I didn't mean that you can't make good games that use both animation and the
- full colour screen. However, you can't make a scrolling background a la Street
- Fighter, or, say, streets of rage for genesis. It can't be done smooth enough
- or fast enough to satisfy users from LC upwards. In PoP and Maelstrom, anyways,
- there's not a lot of scrolling going on, just relatively small images moving
- about. Not that these games are not an accomplishment, but they still aren't
- anything like a game on a $99 games console.

- I don't think that this is necessarily bad, since it forces Mac game programmers
- to make games that are different than these Nintendo consoles. But I'd still
- like to have Ultima Underworld...
