  16. Wow, I own a Personal Laserwriter LS, and while I have noticed a slight
  17. tendency for the paper to curl (due to the roller placement when the lasing
  18. heat is activated) I have not as serious a problem as it sounds your secretary
  19. or yourself have had. I have no idea what to tell you; it seems unlikely your
  20. problem is a malfunction since you both have identical symptoms. I would think
  21. you would be able to return your printer for a refund, but perhaps that depends
  22. on the dealer. Haven't helped much, but wish you luck.
