- Wow, I own a Personal Laserwriter LS, and while I have noticed a slight
- tendency for the paper to curl (due to the roller placement when the lasing
- heat is activated) I have not as serious a problem as it sounds your secretary
- or yourself have had. I have no idea what to tell you; it seems unlikely your
- problem is a malfunction since you both have identical symptoms. I would think
- you would be able to return your printer for a refund, but perhaps that depends
- on the dealer. Haven't helped much, but wish you luck.
