- Hello:
-
- I have a rather mundane question about the LaserWriter LS. I just purchased
- one and am very disappointed by the quality of the output. Although the
- print is fine, the paper comes out with gentle (as opposed to sharp) folds
- or waves across the page at regular intervals. The edges of the page also
- curl badly. I've tried 20 lb. paper from several different sources and also
- 24 lb - same results. I also noticed my secretary had the same problem
- (which she just puts up with). She claims the curl prevents the paper from
- autofeeding into copy machines.
-
- Has anyone had this problem? Does some page curling have to be tolerated?
- Any satisfaction from Apple or a dealer in solving the problem? I feel like
- I just flushed $800 down the drain.
-
- Thanks for any comments,
-
