  33. Well, we too would be happily using our computers if some people would
  34. not keep on whining all the time about the policy of Atari Corp. and
  35. how much better the PC market is. I'm certain that most c.s.a.st readers
  36. are quite fed up with that discussion, and would appreciate it if it
  37. ended as soon as possible. This is comp.sys.atari.st, not misc.talk.atari_corp,
  38. or comp.sys.atari.st.advocacy. Why can't people get back to posting
  39. informative things, not just feeding the never-ending thread?

  53. I don't know what you expected when you wrote more or less how stupid
  54. we all were that we haven't thrown our Ataris away and gone to the PC
  55. instead, but it seems quite natural that people who own a computer
  56. don't want to be offended like that just because they see no reason to
  57. buy a new computer. Sure, some people may just be fanatics, but I
  58. personally see absolutely no reason to buy a PC if the ST does what
  59. I need! I don't have any psychological problems with knowing that 
  60. some other people use computers that are 10x faster than my Mega STe
  61. and get more (pirated) new games per day than are released for the ST
  62. in a year...

  67. "The Truth" (whatever you mean), and not eg. for discussing what's
  68. going on in the ST world? (New program releases, bugs in programs,
  69. programming ideas, help requests etc.)
