- A few years ago, I threw together a driver for using a Mouse Systems mouse
- via the serial port, as well as some documents about the modifications
- necessary to use connect it to the Amiga, either to the serial port or
- directly to the mouse port. Look for OptMouse on Fish disk number four
- hundred something (445 perhaps).
-
- I made some minor modifications to the driver and documentation later, but
- that version (1.2) wasn't as widely distributed. It's available on my BBS
- at (716) 889 2238 if anyone wants it.
-
- I would recommend the OptMouse information. I used it to connect a Mouse
- Systems M3 model mouse directly to my A3000. It works great :). Just make
- sure it is an M3 and not an M4 if you want ot do the direct connect.
