- I have heard that The Grapevine Group, sellers of Amiga custom chips here in
- the US, are distributing a Kickstart 2.5 chip. They claim this chip allows
- the use of high-density floppies. They are selling this chip for $39.95
- (as compared to $34.95 for KS2.0).
-
- My question is: is there such a chip or is this just a new software upgrade?
- And if there is such a chip, should I purchase this one in-lieu of a KS2.0
- chip? (I am still running 1.3, but will be upgrading in the next month.)
