  21. Well, I guess he could have. But I think he was worried about the legal
  22. liability that he could incur. 
  23. But he could do just what he did - kick all the stuff off, and don't
  24. have to worry about it again.
  25. I can't fault him. The system is his responcibilty - if he thought that
  26. was necessary, then I can't (in fairness) critize that much. 
  27. He has said he's trying to get funding to have a stident moderate the
  28. group - but doesn't think that there will be much chance of that.
