  29. Look, friend, this is a chapter from a copyrighted book.  Someone spent
  30. a lot of time researching a writing this so that you might go into
  31. the bookstore and spend a few dollars (sorry, quid) to read it.  Typing
  32. it in and distributing it to the world is not only bad form, but highly
  33. illegal.  I suggest you reconsider your promise that the complete book
  34. will come soon.  Leave this crap on the elite k00l warez boardz where
  35. it belongs.
