- As stated in the originline below, I have written a .QWK reader. AmiQWK is
- currently in version 1.22 (filename AQ_122.LHA), and runs under 1.3 and
- 2.0+ (I haven't had a chance to try it under 3.0 yet) In it's current
- version it is fairly stable, (despite several enforcer hits) but it
- dosen't have very many features, and it only opens in NTSC screen modes.
-
- I am currently in the process of re-writing AmiQWK (the new version will
- only have 1 function lifted intact from the previous version) which will
- operate in NTSC and PAL screen modes (possibly using the display database
- so that it can operate in (almost) any screen mode) as well as being more
- full featured. I hope to have it ready for release soon. AmiQWK II will
- require 2.04 or better, and I have no plans to continue working on AmiQWK
- 1.xx.
-
- Finaly, I am looking for beta testers in NORTH AMERICA (Preferably U.S.,
- but I will accept applications from Canada, Mexico, etc.). If you can call
- one of my support BBSes (Smithcom BBS, Marion, IL, (618) 997-8009, Pooh's
- Corner BBS, Carterville, IL. (618) 985-4747) on a regular basis, EMail me
- for a beta tester application.
