- Yep! I've used one in a 7300, (it is still serving, along with a
- Priam 190 but in an external chassis now.) It is around 67MB in the 7300,
- the same as the max size drive shipped with the 3B1.

- You *will* have to replace the WD1010 chip with a WD2010 to use all
- of the cylinders on the drive. (The WD1010 cuts you off at 1024 cylinders,
- and the 3085 goes to 1170 cylinders.) The WD2010 is no longer made, and
- you may have to work at it to find one. I find them in used hard disk
- controllers for XT and AT clone computers (only some of those made by
- Western Digital), and they are ususally soldered in place, so you need to be
- (or have a fiend who is) competent to unsolder a 40-pin dip without damaging
- it. -- At least you don't have to try to save the board that it is in. :-)
