- I haven't used the fast driver after a crash when I first attempted
- it (under 3.51m). Usually, the move to the 2010 is undertaken in
- combination with a disk upgrade, so a re-format is unavoidable.

-
- This is why I really bothered following up to your post, since I
- wasn't able to contribute much to the preceeding part.
-
- Well, the 3B1 brings only two of the CPU's interrupts out to the
- bus, I think 2 and 4. Thumb ... Thumb ... Nope!, 1 and 5, so it's not on
- the bus.
-
- O.K. According to the schematics, that interrupt is or'd between
- the hard disk controller, the floppy controller, and the line printer. Is
- it possible that you have a printer connected to the parallel port whith is
- reseting while your system is trying to boot? The term "Spurious Interrupt"
- means that it went out and checked all the devices which it knew of as
- possible sources for the interrupt, and didn't find anything, and it went
- away. If there is something connected to the line printer port, try
- unplugging it and re-booting. It is usually no problem, because the system
- knows how to shrug off those interrupts, but you should attempt to locate
- the source.
-
- Good Luck.
