- There is a pbmto3b1 program (probably at OSU) that takes a pbm file and
- displays it in its own window, that you can scroll in any direction if
- the image is bigger than the screen. An older version of the pbm utilities
- used to compile just fine. A newer one didn't right away, so I kept the
- old one. You can probably find binaries of all this at osu.
