  11. About a month ago I made a toolbox of routines available
  12. on pprg.eece.unm.edu named c3.tar.Z.  A few more routines
  13. have now been added into it, for those that are interested.
  14. The most significant new routine is named "patrem".  This
  15. routine (put together by Jim White) will generate a filter
  16. for removing periodic patterns in an image (such as periodic
  17. scanner noise, etc.)  An example of using this routine
  18. is included in $C3/data/sample.wsp.02.Z.
