  14. Has anyone tried to program an MS-Windows
  15. application that uses the NCSA Telnet TCP/IP
  16. libraries?

  18. Is this at all possible (NCSA being free),
  19. or does one really need a commercial transport
  20. implementation (and say winsock's API) to
  21. implement robust Windows applications?
