- I'm setting a LaserJet 4 printer up on a network of Suns. It has a
- Postscript cartridge/simm installed and will be used to print PostScript
- files exclusively. One requirement is that the multi-purpose tray be
- used for printing on letterhead paper and is selected by software so
- no user/operator intervention is needed.
- However, the PostScript command setpapertray fails with a rangecheck
- error for any argument other than 0. PostScript commands defaultpapertray
- and papertray both return 0. setdefaultpapertray also fails with a
- rangcheck error.
- Does anyone know if these set commands are supported by the HP LJ4 level 2
- postscript interpreter, and if so what values are within range and which
- tray they refer to.
- The manuals received with the printer say nothing about this.
- Thanks in advance.
