  16. I have a Canon Bubble Jet 10ex printer, running with WordPerfect 5.1.
  17. The problem:  my 1" margins are not 1" margins.  Some have suggested
  18. to me that WordImperfect has faulty printer drivers, which would
  19. explain why my text is unjustified (so to speak :')), but where can I
  20. get a new printer driver?  My friend, who just bought a BJ-200 and a
  21. computer with Word-LessThanPerfect has the same problem, which indicates
  22. to me that the problem hasn't been fixed since I bought my computer a
  23. year ago.

  25. Does Word[...]Perfect have a connection to the Internet by which I
  26. could reach them?  I am not interested in paying long distance
  27. modem or voice phone charges to ask them to fix what should not have
  28. been wrong in the first place.
