- Jerry Leichter made a point about the use of separate controls & the
- interests of the money men in managing VMS. I agree wholeheartedly - I
- also think all serious VMS System Managers should take at least a short
- course on audit theory!

- With regard to separate access, I think the best way is to have a
- consultant write privileged programs for this sort of task, with the
- source CHECKED by the system manager.
