  13. Jerry Leichter made a point about the use of separate controls & the 
  14. interests of the money men in managing VMS. I agree wholeheartedly - I
  15. also think all serious VMS System Managers should take at least a short
  16. course on audit theory!

  18. With regard to separate access, I think the best way is to have a
  19. consultant write privileged programs for this sort of task, with the
  20. source CHECKED by the system manager.
