  26. Phil, you have my sympathies.  IMHO, the comptroller has no
  27. business whatsoever having the ability to modify SYSUAF.DAT
  28. under any circumstances whatsoever.  That's what you have
  29. system managers for.  Isn't there a security officer around?  Tell
  30. that comptroller to stick it.  (Or show him this message.)
