- Does anyone have more details about the purported 32-bit version of
- Micrografix' Designer? I heard previously that it was to use Micrografix'
- Mirrors DLL tool, which allows easy porting of Windows 3.x applications
- to OS/2 BUT AT A PRICE - no long filename support for HPFS and who knows
- what else. If this is indeed the case, having these ``OS/2''-mode apps
- come out is a case of ``two steps forward, one step back''. I, for one,
- am not too thrilled about having warmed-over Windows 3.x applications
- paraded as ``native mode OS/2-PM apps''. Anyone care to comment on this
- potentially insidious trend?
