  18.     Hmm, that's what I would have tried. This method should work for sure:
  19.     1. Double click on the C drive icon. From the button bar on the bottom
  20.        or from the view menu, select filter. Select custom *.qag.
  21.     2. Browse your NDW directory, maybe its in your windows directory - I
  22.        forgot, and look for qaccess.qag. This is the group file. Just drag
  23.        and drop it into any other group for now.
  24.     3. Then drag it out to the desktop.
