- Has anybody experienced problems with a Colorado Jumbo 250 tape backup with
- Norton Backup for Windows? My co-worker and I are receiving DMA video
- errors while running the backups or just while formatting the tape. We'er
- both using the Diamond Stealth card with 1mb of ram and windows 3.1. This
- problem occurs in all video modes whether its the standard W31 vga
- driver, W31 SVGA drivers, or any of the Stealth drivers. I've tried
- setting the dma mode to most compatible in Norton Backup but still crashes.
- The tech support at Diamond said to exclude mem range of b000-cfff
- (outrageously large range) plus/or run windows in standard mode. Neither
- solutions work. Any solutions or ideas are very welcomed.
