  26. I have this problem too.  It only happens with internet though, so 
  27. I think it has something to do with connecting with the Vax or 
  28. modems that I'm connecting to.  It also seems worse on my Zoom
  29. v.32 modem.  It's very frustrating.  I keep getting a string 
  30. of +++ and then other stuff it really tears everything up.  I 
  31. finally gave up and now I use the old PC PLUS and an old USR
  32. Courier 2400 when I call the vax rather than PCWIN and the Zoom.
