  23. Solved my own problem.  I hadn't specified the right working directory
  24. in the icon's Properties.  Now that that matches the executable
  25. directory, it launches fine.  (It also means that FTP downloads go
  26. into this directory, which is *not* what I want -- any way to change
  27. this other than manually every time?)

  35. didn't get it.  Did folks who got their upgrade direct from QPC get
  36. this program?
