  13. I am having a problem trying to get two Boca Ultra Performance (V.32bis) modem
  14. to connect together.  I dial from one modem to the other, and the connection
  15. begins.  The connection signal starts, and then abruptly stops.  Then it
  16. starts again and keeps doing this over and over until I stop it.  I have tried
  17. various choices for the type of modem that I have (Hayes Ultra, Intel 14.4,
  18. etc) and nothing has worked.  Boca even encloses an alternative initialization
  19. string, but that didn't work either.  Has anybody experienced a similar
  20. problem, and if so, how did you solve it?
