  13. I use COHERENT 4.0.1. I succesfully compiled the source code of ELM
  14. (COHware Vol. III) and its related programs. But I had problems while
  15. installing it:

  17. - What are the owner, the group and the permissions to set for the
  18.   binaries (contained en elm/bin after running make)? Do I need to
  19.   create a new group? I will install them in /usr/local/bin.
  20.  
  21. - What are the owner, the group and the permissions to set for the help
  22.   files (elm/doc/elm-help.*)? I will put them in /usr/local/lib.
  23.  
  24. - Since the makefile in the elm/doc directory invokes the "tbl" program
  25.   which is not present in COHERENT, is there a better solution for
  26.   reading the documentation than using deroff and manually editing
  27.   the generated files?

  29. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
