- Dear readers
-
- I am undertaking a PhD in Design and Diagnosis ( eg. design for testability,
- test generation etc are involved in my work) as a result I have been asked to
- get familiar with VHDL and to study it in some detail.
-
- I am at the moment very much ignorent of hardware descriptive languages and so
- I was wondering if any one out there who is experienced in this field could
- provide me with some references on this topic which could get me going.
- Also I have recently installed LINUX on my 486 PC which is a PD UNIX
- envrionment so is there any way that I could get a PD software to help me learn
- VHDL or not ?
-
- Thank you for your time.
-
- With Highest Regards
