  12. I have been having a hard time with the text widget.

  14. The trouble is in getting text from the widget.  I have read the man page
  15. MANY times, but it is still very confusing to me.  There does not seem to 
  16. be any good example code in the distribution which exercises the text widget.

  18. Does anyone have any code / hints that might help me out?
