  12. Is there a written distribution policy for Tk/Tcl?  I am told that it is
  13. freely redistributable, but I can't find a statement of this fact or any
  14. restrictions in the actual software distributions (Tcl 6.5 or Tk 3.0) or
  15. in the FAQ.  In particular, I'm probably interested in distributing just a
  16. wish (or wishx) executable and necessary run-time files as part of a
  17. commercial product.
