  38. Herein lies a problem which is coming to the information delivery surface at a 
  39. blinding speed.  Namely the question of copyright vs. freedom of information.  
  40. It seems to me that the publisher owns this information, and as such has the 
  41. right, if they so choose, to either not release any information or when it is to
  42. their benifit give us at least a teaser of information (if they will just get a 
  43. gopher).  The "virtual library" concept is in the same stewing pot.  This may 
  44. not be the proper place to start such a discussion, and if it is not please 
  45. direct us to a more appropriate place.  However, this is all very important to 
  46. the future of gopher services, and needs to be aired in a constructive manner.
