  17. It's called GSMAP, Rob, and you can get a copy via ftp to csn.org in the
  18. COGS directory.  For those who need an IP address, csn.org can be reached
  19. at 128.138.213.21.

  21. The documentation is only available in printed form, and if you are
  22. associated with a university (even if it is not an American one), you can
  23. write to the author at the USGS and if he has any more copies left, he'll
  24. send you one, free.  You need to use University stationary for this.
