  35. on how to get the bibliography yourself, if you have ftp access:

  45. With such clear instructions, and clear addresses of the person so
  46. kindly offering the bibliography, it is beyond me why ANYONE would
  47. post the request for it to the whole list, never mine why so many people
  48. would.  Please, PLEASE don't post things to the list unless you REALLY
  49. want thousands of readers to see them, or unless you have no alternative
  50. because of a lost email address or something like that!
