  18. OK, Scott, but until this morning's arrival of Michael Soo's msg about
  19. the bibliography, I didn't know where else to send a request (SORRY I
  20. missed beginning of all this, whenever....).  I saw this spate of msgs
  21. and figured shouldn't miss out.  I don't see this as an abuse of the
  22. system by those of us not in know... if you were tired of it, why didn't
  23. you post the order info yourself?  Seemed harmless enough to me; I have
  24. to "d" about 80% of listserv stuff anyway, so what's a little more chaff?
