- I have worked with some State programs who used RF3 in the ARCINFO
- format. Although they told me of the alterations they perform
- I do not recall them due to my lack of experience with ARCINFO.
- If interested contact me and I'll talk things through and/or
- establish contact with those who have worked with RF3 in ARCINFO.
- I do not believe they use BITNET/INTERNET type mail?
