  19. I have worked with some State programs who used RF3 in the ARCINFO
  20. format.  Although they told me of the alterations they perform
  21. I do not recall them due to my lack of experience with ARCINFO.
  22. If interested contact me and I'll talk things through and/or
  23. establish contact with those who have worked with RF3 in ARCINFO.
  24. I do not believe they use BITNET/INTERNET type mail?
