  16. Description : This module provides an interface to the NAG Fortran
  17.               routines E01SAF and E01SBF. The first routine (E01SAF)
  18.               generates a 2D surface interpolating a set of scattered
  19.               data points, using the method of Renka and Cline. The second
  20.               routine (E01SBF) then evaluates the surface at a given
  21.               point.
