  13. I could be mistaken, but I thought I read a while ago that cs@cisco.com was going away and was becoming tac@cisco.com.  Last week I sent mail to tac@cisco.com and received no response.  I then deceided to call the 800 # and was put in contact with someone who solved my problem.  The question is...  is tac@cisco.com a valid address to send problems too?  If not what is?  I can dig up the mail I sent if anyone from cisco wants me to.

  17. PS.  I sent the mail out at 0901 on 01/13/93 and still have received no bounce or reply.  Maybe the date had something to do with it.  ;-)
