- I just got a ZyXEL U-1496E which for the most part I like, but I have had
- one problem. If I interrupt the computer during a transfer, preventing
- it from taking the data in the modem's buffer, the buffer fills and the
- modem drops DTR. However, this only happens under certain circumstances.
- 9600/v42bis zmodem transfer do not have this problem. When my computer is
- interrupted, the modem gets the message and the other end stops sending.
- 14.4k zmodem transfers do not work. Neither does sending strait ascii
- at 9600/v42bis rapidly (ie, running yes)
-
- Is this a correctable problem, and if so how do I correct it?
-
- Thanx
