  11. I have one of the older HST 14.4's (with the round LEDS on the front) and
  12. would like to upgrade.  I spoke with USR and they said there's a rom upgrade
  13. where I can add v.32 (bis I think they said).  She also said there's a trade
  14. in program they'll be starting in 3-6 months and I can get a DS 16.8k w/fax
  15. for $349.  Which should I go for?  And considering USR's past, could the
  16. 3-6 month span turn into 6-12 months?
