  17.     How do you load a flat text file into a Sybase database table that will
  18. utilize the triggers and indices set up for that table? The documentation is a
  19. bit misleading, and some preliminary tests show that the triggers are not used
  20. with 'bcp' (although indices are updated). What is the "slow version" of 'bcp'
  21. that is supposedly used? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
